The process · Onboarding
How do you start pushing your brand and taking orders at no cost?

Information capture
We talk to you and gather crucial information about your brand, such as colours, nickname and anything that can be used on products. We will also work with you to ensure that we have a collection of high-resolution assets that we can use for marketing and on the products you approve.

Shop setup
We then turn your brand into an online shop that conveys your values and image, while giving your customers an easy portal to purchase from.

Build a catalogue
Next, together we build a catalogue of products that represent your brand and are desirable to your target market.

Take orders!
Now that your shop is set up and your catalogue is ready, start spreading the word and taking orders… at no cost!
The process · Ordering
How does it work when we get an order?
01
Browse
A customer browses your online store. This can be made up of items we produce, or items you already have or source from elsewhere.

Order received
Once a customer makes an order, if it's an item we produce we make it to order. If not, we pick it from stock that you or your other suppliers have provided.

Order fulfilled
We then package up all the items in the order and either send them on their way to the customer, or to the Click and Collect point that's been agreed.
